Payment

Payment may be made by personal debit card, cheque, postal order or by BACS (directly into our bank account). Payment is due before we send out your goods.

 We are happy to accept purchase orders from schools and other organisations.

To place an order we will need from you:

  - A list of the items required with the order codes and colour choice where possible

  - Your full name

  - Address

  - Telephone number 

  - Email address (if you have one).

Prices and Product Information:
All products in this brochure are selected to help the care and development of children with special needs or to give relief to their carers. The product descriptions and images supplied are given to assist carers when making decisions about the most appropriate items to meet their child's needs. Prices and product information are correct at the time of printing but we reserve the right to offer an alternative product or to amend prices when necessary in order to continue to meet our objectives.

Posting & Packing Charges:
Charges for posting and packing are on a scale based on 15% of the total order value, with a minimum charge of £2 and a maximum of £10. Exceptions: Made to Measure Underwear and all Swimwear is charged at £2 per item. Some large items may incur an extra delivery charge, but if so, we will inform you before despatch.

Delivery:
Items in stock are normally delivered on the next despatch day after the order has been processed, and most orders will be delivered within 10 days. If, in exceptional circumstances, delivery is likely to exceed 28 days from receipt of your order (or receipt of payment if this is requested in advance) we will notify you.

Payment Terms:
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. Goods remain the property of Fledglings until payment has been made in full. Payment may be made by debit card, cheque, postal order or by BACS (directly into our bank account) Please quote your unique customer number which can be found on your invoice.

Returns:
If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Returned products must be sent in the original packaging and in a fully re-saleable condition. Payment of the outward posting and packing charge must accompany the returned item unless other arrangements have been agreed.
