Tony Dutton

An experienced executive coach and strategic business consultant with extensive international commercial experience in healthcare and consumer markets across mass retail and professional/ethical channels. Lived and worked in Switzerland, Brazil, Australia and the UK. Tony is also Chair of Fledglings.

 

Jayne Greenwood

Extensive experience as a teacher working with children with a variety of additional needs within mainstream school settings. A tutor to PGCE trainees and experience in educational publishing.

 
Ruth Jones

Until September 2015, a Consultant Anaesthetist and Associate Lecturer at Cambridge University Hospitals, with a special interest in paediatrics and post-operative pain relief. Experienced in teaching and mentoring trainee anaesthetists and clinical medical students. Emeritus Fellow and previously a Trustee of Lucy Cavendish College, Cambridge.

 

Kathryn Fenn

A highly experienced human resources professional having spent thirty years managing human resource functions in major UK academic research institutes.

 

Jack Hooper

A recent graduate of Cambridge University and former President of Homerton Union of Students. A graduate trainee with Charity Works now working for MIND coordinating pro bono, corporate volunteering, and gift-in-kind opportunities for corporate partners across the Mind network.

With a background in environmental health and an experienced primary school teacher Carol brings a unique understanding of the educational needs of children and their parents.

 

Simon Hawtrey-Woore

A leadership coach and mentor with extensive experience of marketing services industry.  Simon is also a governor at Great Ormond Street Hospital where he’s particularity passionate about reasonable adjustments for patients and parents with learning disabilities. Simon brings his lived experience to the Fledglings Board as a very proud father of a daughter with global development delay.
