How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed in the following different ways:
1. Listing the items required in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
2. By telephone to the Fledglings office on 0845 458 1124, during normal office hours, Monday to Friday 9.15am to 5pm.
3. By post using the order form click here to download an order form.
4. By fax to 0845 280 1530 using the order form above
Can I purchase items online?
You can view a list of our products online but currently we do not offer the facility to purchase products and pay through the website. However, if you call or email us, we can supply the products you want.
Why can't I buy online?
Fledglings is a small charity, and at the moment we don't have the resources available to be able to sell online. But rest assured we are gving it serious consideration.
Can I use a purchase order?
Yes, we are happy to accept purchase orders from schools and organisations.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment is required in advance. You can pay by debit card, Bacs transfer, cheque, postal order.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
We make every effort to ensure that our most popular items are always in stock. Also, most items can be ordered in promptly even if they are not in stock. Please do contact us if you would like to find out if an item is in stock.
How do I know what size clothes to order for my child?
We list some measurements in our brochure but if you are in any doubt please contact us by phone or email. If an item is in stock we will happily measure it for you.
Can I return clothing which has been tried on?
We will accept returns of items that have been carefully tried on and when returned are in the same condition as when they were received from Fledglings. When assessing the sizes of underwear and other close fitting garments please take particular care to ensure your child is clean and if possible try the garment over other clothing.
The item I ordered is the wrong size or is not suitable. How do I return it?
If the item you have received is not right for your child please contact us within 7 days of receipt and then return it to us by post. We can then offer you a replacement or refund. Unfortunately we cannot cover any postage costs incurred by you in returning the goods and we also require payment of the original postage and packing.
