The Hunter Back Fastening Jacket has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, practicality and warmth for adults with additional needs, especially those who use wheelchairs or experience limited mobility. Unlike traditional outerwear, this adaptive jacket opens fully down the back and fastens at the rear, making dressing and undressing much easier and more dignified – especially when seated.
This diamond-quilted coat is lightweight but warm, fully microfleece lined for softness against the skin – ideal for individuals with sensory processing difficulties who may struggle with rough or bulky fabrics. The light quilting provides gentle pressure, which may offer a calming effect for some neurodivergent wearers, including those with autism.
